The brief was to update and attract a younger crowd to one of Galway’s historic hotels, but at the same time honouring it’s tradition. The result is a welcoming place to stop and have a coffee, a retreat from the crowd to have lunch, whilst in the evening catering for a buzzy crowd enjoying a glass of champagne!
