Knightsbridge Gardens

We are currently working on Knightsbridge Gardens, the residential component of the Knightsbridge Estate. The development is tipped to be Prime Central London’s ‘stand-out build-to-rent scheme’. We are hugely excited to be working on this development alongside such an experienced team to deliver this scheme. The unique nature and highly covetable address of the development make this a challenging brief, and we relish the opportunity to present something new to the residential rental market.

Knightsbridge Gardens Development

The Olayan Group and Chelsfield are delivering a set of 33 luxury rental apartments as part of their reworking of The Knightsbridge Estate. The collection of apartments will be “the most prominent offer to come to London’s luxury rental market” and will draw inspiration from the Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau, Modernist and Art Deco periods.
